  • What if I have lost my UCI number?

    In case you have lost your UCI number or if it’s unavailable, please prepare word file with the following details and upload the same in the ‘additional documents’ section of the registration form:


    • > Full Name, Date of Birth, Submission Date of Application, Location of Submission i.e. high commission or consulate where the application was submitted, Category applied for, and any other communication details with the CIC or Consulates.
    • > In case of an application with dependents, the same details for dependents should also be included.

    • You can mail us the Passport Copy and Refusal Letter (If Applicable), UCI No. and Application No. on our E-Mail ID help@caipsfile.ca. Then we will mail you the PayPal Payment Link. Now you can make the Payment against that link through any debit/credit card.
  • Can I apply for multiple applications? Are there any additional charges?

    Yes, you can apply for multiple applications that were made by you in past along with your present application. In case you applied for an open work permit which got rejected, then you applied for a visitor visa which was again denied and finally now you have a spouse visa application in process which is taking longer than usual time – you can request for CAIPS/FOSS/GCMS notes for all of the three applications simultaneously. However, you need to make the payment for all of these 3 applications separately.

  • What details are necessary for consent 5744 form?

    Section 2 contains details of the Applicant. Section 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 contains the detail of Spouse and other member so family (If Co-applicant with Applicant). Other Sections in the form are supposed to be left blank. The applicant only needs to sign the application form while the rest of the details will be taken care of by our experts.
